How to return merchandise:

A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns.

Please call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-456-2411 to obtain a RMA number.

One of our Service Representatives will provide you with instructions on returning warranty item(s).

The customer shall be responsible for the freight charges incurred for returns.

Refunds are only made when an item is returned within 30 days of the shipping date of the merchandise.
If the original package is open there maybe a restocking fee of 15%.

Returns should be shipped to and have the RMA# marked on the outside of the box:

Shipping & Handling Policy
All products shipped are brand new.

In-Stock orders are shipped same day if your order is received by 2:00 CST. Items that are not in inventory will be shipped in one (1) week. Physical address required for all UPS/Spee Dee shipments. UPS/Spee Dee will not deliver to a PO Box.

UPS/Spee Dee does not guarantee 3-Day Service with residential deliveries (businesses only).
No C.O.D. orders accepted.

Saturday and Sunday are not considered days in transit.
