Shipping Policy/Delivery of Goods

Products purchased on BatteryProducts.com are shipped via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS (carrier chosen by Battery Products). Delivery time is contingent on the shipping method you choose during the checkout process (standard shipping time is typically 1-5 business days).

Battery Products will make every effort to ship orders on the same day they are placed, provided the order is made before 3 PM Central Time Monday through Friday.

Battery Products is not responsible for the care or delivery of your order once it has been transferred to the carrier and leaves our facility. The responsibility to safely deliver products in a timely manner is forwarded to the carrier. If you receive damaged or defective property that you believe to be the fault of Battery Products, contact our return department for assistance.

Return/Refund Policy

Returns and refunds for products sold on BatteryProducts.com are at the sole discretion of Battery Products. Contact our Return/Refund Representatives for more information on our return and refund policies, and/or to find out if your product(s) is applicable for return/refund.

If you the customer, orders the wrong product or products and decides to return the product or products, only the cost of the product or products will be refunded less shipping and handling charges.

(Battery Products does not pay for return Shipping of MisOrdered Products)

Products damaged by misuse, abuse, or regular wear and tear will not be accepted for return or refund. Upon incident of manufacturer defect, Battery Products’ Return/Refund Representatives will award you a refund if appropriate or provide manufacturer contact information. If you receive the wrong order, or ordered the wrong product, contact our Return/Refund Representatives within 1 week from receipt of the items. If product damage is at the direct fault of Battery Products, report the damage within 1 week from receipt of the items for a refund.

Battery Products reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason.

1/1/17 - Lithium batteries are considered a Dangerous Good when shipped via air freight. We can only ship them air via Fed-Ex and they currently charge an additional $46.50 per package as a Dangerous Goods fee and possibly more, please note, this fee is not reflected in your estimated freight charge on the screen.

11/15/12 - USPS has a 3 pc limit for lithium based batteries per package. Orders submitted for more than 3 lithium batteries will be changed to a ground carrier if necessary at customer's expense. This will also slow down the shipping process of the order, up to 1 full day.
